Why Soap Addiction name?

Addiction to drugs and alcohol has effected every family I know of. I am one of those people. I have several people in my family who are in recovery from drugs and alcohol but their journey has not just affected them. It tears people apart, and leaves families in broken ruins. I used soap making as a way to escape the pain and reality that my child was an addict. I didn't know how to deal with it, so soap making became an escape for me to create something to clean the outside while I waited for the decision to get clean on the inside. It was a painful journey, and bubble baths was a way for me to relax and release all that pent up grief, anger, and sadness I dealt with. It was healing for me on so many levels. So that is why I have changed the name of my soaps from Bah Bah Skin Care to Soap Addiction. I pray you find hope and healing here as well.
